-Whatever the reason, Intrust will engage with the donor and try to resign them backup at either the regular amount or sometimes higher or lower.
-Intrust will also cleanse the data by confirming addresses and email details.

Intrust Communications make cold calls on behalf of charities in order to sign up new donations.
These calls are cold but the perspective donor must have opted in to receive a call from the charity.
This is a typically low cost way of acquiring new donors but proof of GDPR adherence must be provided.

-A thank you call is made typically to a donor making a contribution and they are simply thanked and the great work of the charity re-enforced.

-A welcome call is typically made on the back of a visual sign up - door to door or external event.
-Intrust Communications ensure the donor is happy to proceed and all data is cleansed and opt in preferences checked.

Intrust Communications make calls on behalf of charities to donors who are near or very near the €250 donation mark in a calendar year.
Typically these calls will be made in early December and the donor is asked to top up there contribution to ensure they hit the €250 mark in a calendar year, this ensures the charity can take advantage of the tax efficiency scheme.
Typically the figure required is within €50, I.E donor has contributed €200 plus.
-A Tax saving call occurs when a Donor has Contributed €250+ in a calendar year.
-Intrust Communications will contact the donor and thank them for contributing €250 plus and ask permission to submit a form to the revenue to allow the charity to claim back the tax relief.
-The donor may or may not have to sign a form depending on past history and in a lot of cases a phone consent is acceptable.
-Intrust Communications record 100% of calls so access is not a issue.
-Typically a charity can claim 35%+ tax relief on a donation of €250 plus.
-Intrust Communications can tailor the campaign to meet the charity's requirements.
-Full reporting and visibility is guaranteed.
A long term re-activation call is a win-back call to a donor who has been dormant for at least 12 months.
-Intrust will call the donor and explain the need and ask for the donor to re-activate their donation with the charity.
-Full details and opt-in will be sent and in the case of bank details last 4 digits are checked.
-Intrust will also cleanse the data and check postal and email addresses.
-All campaigns are different but a typical conversion rate would be 12% of file provided.
-A re-activation call is basically a win-back call.
-This call occurs when a donor has not donated for a 6 Month Period.
-Intrust will call the donor, explain the need and ask for the donor to re-activate their donation with the charity.
-Full details and opt in will be sent and in the case of bank details last 4 digits are checked.
-Intrust will also cleanse the data and check postal and email addresses.
-All campaigns are different but a typical conversion rate would be 15% of file provided.
