Intrust Communications is owned and managed by Michael Hull. Mick has worked as a senior manager in the contact centre industry for decades, and his expertise lies in both the customer service and sales industry.
Some of the call centres he has managed have had up to 500 agents with customer services, sales, and technical support in multiple languages. His goal is to bring his experience and knowledge of the big call centres to the SME and charity sector.
We work with many charities, and love helping them achieve their fundraising targets and expanding their reach. But we also have a robust corporate social responsibility scheme, and love rolling our sleeves up and helping out where we can.
Over the years we have proudly raised thousands of euro for worthwhile causes, and hope to continue to do this whenever we can.
